A person is asleep but parts of his brain are awake which control his breathing, digestion, and blood pressure. In this way, human fatigue is removed by sleeping. And there is no harm to his health and life.

Sleep is very important for human health and general well-being. During this time, both the body and the brain perform various important functions:
1. Brain Functions:
- Memory consolidation: During sleep, the brain processes daily information and consolidates important memories.
- Cognitive improvement: Lack of sleep can affect attention, creative thinking, and problem-solving ability.
2. Physiological Functions:
- Cell repair: During sleep, the body repairs tissues and cells, which protects against daily injuries and inflammation.
- Strengthening the immune system: Lack of sleep can weaken the immune system, which increases the risk of diseases.
3. Hormone Delivery:
- Hormone regulation: During sleep various hormones such as growth hormone and cortisol are released which help in physical development and stress management.
4. Blood Pressure and Heart Health:
- Heart health: During sleep, heart rate and blood pressure decrease, giving the heart a chance to rest.
5. Moods and Emotions:
- Mood improvement: Lack of sleep can increase irritability, depression, and anxiety. Proper sleep improves mood.
Who has created such a beautiful system? Verily, He is the One and Only Creator.
